Sterling silver naturally changes over time. Tarnish, dark marks, and fine surface scratches are a natural characteristic of the material, not a manufacturing defect.
The satin finish will naturally become smoother with wear. Use the included texture brush whenever you’d like to restore the original finish.
Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight place and gently clean it with the included silver polishing cloth when needed. Regular wear helps slow down tarnishing.
